New Vulcanair Technical Support Website

Vulcanair has created the new website completely dedicated to Technical Support!

All the existing accounts have been transferred to the new platform!
During the first login all users should change their username and password.
The username will be the e-mail address used for the existing subscription.
The password should be requested going to “forgot your password”.
 
It will be possible to pay for the renewal directly on the website with PayPal.

On the new website in Public Area all users can download free of charge all the recent Index, Service Bulletins, Service Instructions, Service Letters and Component Maintenance Manual Revisions.
 
In Private Area, subscribed users can access updated Flight Manuals, Maintenance Manuals, Parts Catalogues and their supplements ONLY RELATING TO THEIR PARTICULAR AIRCRAFT.

To subscribe, you need to register on this website http://support.vulcanair.com/sign-up and pay for annual subscription fees.

The cost of annual subscription for one aircraft model is

• 120,00 Euro for Maintenance Organisations and Owners of Partenavia aircraft constructed before the year 2000
• 100,00 Euro for Vulcanair Aircraft Owners
• Free of charge for the first year for new aircraft owners
• FREE OF CHARGE for Civil Aviation Authorities an access to the documentation of all aircraft mode
