On a cold December morning, the South Carolina Department of Natural Resources (SCDNR) Vulcanair P.68 departs Columbia Metropolitan Airport.

The SCDNR aircrew will transport two South Carolina State Law Enforcement Division agent to Ft. Lauderdale, FL, to extradite an alleged rapist to stand trial in South Carolina.
